Accreditations and Qualifications
Where required by law we will ask all of our members to provide evidence that they hold the necessary accreditation's and qualifications required to carry out any of the work they are hired to do. Any trades person or home improvement provider you deal with will be able to show you this material on request.
References
We continuously monitor all of our home improvement providers. As well as being fully qualified to carry out the work, our members must provide 5 genuine references. We contact these references to check they are authentic and correct. We will also send a courtesy email to all of our users that have received a quote from one of our home improvement providers. This feedback is used to monitor our members and to check that they following our guidelines.
Insurance & Guarantees
All of our members offer a minimum 10 year guarantee covering all products and workmanship. It is important to us that our customers have peace of mind in any of the products they find through our service. It is also a rule that all of our home improvement providers have up to date public liability insurance. This means that all of our customers are protected from the unexpected.
